Sales Policies of TIME to AGAIN --- See Layaway Terms Below
PAYMENT:
* Please respond to invoices within two days.
* All payment must be received within 10 days.
Payments are accepted in US dollars only by:
* Money Order
* Personal or business check (held to clear)
* Cash (at your risk)
* Google Checkout (for your credit convenience)
(NOTE: Google's checkout service is easy and efficient. Simply go to ****checkout.google.com*** - sign up - and you're all set to use their payment method.
TIME to AGAIN does not prefer and does not offer PayPal in our store. We find Google Checkout offers superior individual privacy AND complete security for both the buyer and seller.
IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE AN ITEM I MAY HAVE ON ANOTHER WEBSITE through Google checkout rather than PayPal please email me at timetoagain@yahoo.com and I will enable a Google checkout purchase for you.
SHIPPING:
* USA mainland shipping is quoted in each ad.
* We do not ship internationally.
* Insurance and/or delivery confirmation may be required on some
. items and that cost will be included in your shipping quote.
* Packaging will be securely done and may include recycled
. materials.
LAYAWAY PURCHASES:
TIME TO AGAIN is happy to offer layaway terms for any order totaling a minimum of $100.00. Merchandise may be combined. There are NO finance or carrying charges to use our layaway plan.
HOW TO BUY ON LAYAWAY
Simple - just email us timetoagain@yahoo.com and tell us about the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will then by return email send you a layaway invoice that will include instructions for making your payments. If you are ordering several things we will re-calculate a combined shipping charge (if applicable). Upon the following terms TIME TO AGAIN will remove your items from active sales and ship your item(s) on receipt and clearance of your final payment.
LAYAWAY TERMS
1. All deposits and payments must be made through Google Checkout.
2. A minimum initial deposit of 25% of the total order (including shipping charges) is required.
3. A minimum payment of $20.00 (or the outstanding balance - whichever is less) will be required each and every 30 days beginning from our receipt of your initial deposit. Payments may be made more often.
4. Layaway orders are limited to one order at a time. An order must be paid in full before another order can be approved.
5. All layaway purchases must be paid in full no later than 150 days following your initial deposit.
6. Layaways may not be canceled and all deposits or layaway payments are non-refundable.
RECIEPT OF LAYWAY PAYMENTS
TIME TO AGAIN will email confirmation of receipt of all deposits or payments made on your account. In the event any payment is not made or a final payment is not made within 5 days of its due date the transaction will be void and TIME TO AGAIN may resell the item(s).
Absent an error in product description all sales are final.
